Our Estates
Yareal UK’s strategy has been to secure farms and estates in two hubs, one in Lincolnshire and one in Shropshire. Our portfolio includes a commercial arable estate, a traditional agriculture and sporting estate and a range of dairy and arable farms. We are custodians of the land and properties across the estates which includes listed buildings, ancient woodlands and scheduled ancient monuments such as Offa’s Dyke.

Sustainability and the environment are key objectives in global agriculture. We are trying to manage this by improving soil health, managing environmental stewardships and woodlands, increasing productivity of the land and reducing our purchased inputs. We are also helping wildlife through the reinstatement of ponds, provision of nesting boxes, hedgerow management and keeping of bees to pollenate the plants.
